- Cannabis use disclosure: You may encounter cannabis use Lifted Lodging resorts.
- Members and guests must be over the age of 21. Age will be validated using birthdate information specified on government-issued identification.
- Only one free night may be redeemed per visit.
- Perks are non-transferable and non-assignable.
- This Program is only available to new Members.
- Member or Member’s guest(s) must be present during the entire stay.
- No food, beverage, or other services are included in Annual Perks, but special offers may arise through Lifted Lodging marketing channels outside of this Program.
- Inaugural Membership begins on the activation date provided to the Member by Lifted Lodging electronically after enrollment and ends either two (2) or four (4) calendar years later, depending on the Membership term purchased. Membership will be automatically renewed after the expiration of the Inaugural period.
- Lifted Lodging will charge your designated payment method for all applicable Membership fees on a recurring basis, beginning at the end of the Inaugural Membership term, as specified in the membership terms and conditions agreed upon at checkout. You acknowledge that this authorization will remain in effect until you provide written notice to Lifted Lodging of your intent to cancel or modify this authorization.
- Minimum 3 nights’ stay (peak season) or 2 nights’ stay (off-season) to redeem free nights.
- Free nights not redeemed during the Inaugural Membership term will be forfeited.
- Maximum consecutive nightly stays are limited to 21 nights at any single location, subject to availability.
- State mandated sales taxes on Membership and overnight stays will be collected from the Member at the time of purchase or booking. Additional fees may apply.
- Amenities are subject to change based on location and availability.
- Membership perks are not transferable for cash or other forms of compensation.
- Allocation of contributions from the Program and locations mentioned in this promotion may be subject to change at any time without notice.
- The Program may be modified or cancelled at any time without notice.
- All sales are final. No refunds will be offered.
- In the unlikely event no resorts open in 2025-26, the Lifted OG Founding Members Program may be cancelled. In that case, Members will be contacted by Lifted Lodging about receiving a refund for the unused portion of the Membership fee.
- Member perk selections are final and cannot be changed without LIfted Lodging’s approval.
